Bondi Advisory is a specialist governance, risk, compliance, internal control and internal audit firm helping organizations strengthen the systems that support sound decision-making, accountability and sustainable performance.

GRC should work in practice, not just on paper.
Strong GRC does not end when a framework is delivered. Its value depends on whether responsibilities are understood, ownership is clear, controls operate in practice and management actually uses the information those systems produce.
Bondi Advisory therefore designs ownership, accountability and practical operation into the work from the beginning. Our aim is to develop systems that remain usable after the engagement ends, not frameworks that depend on the consultant who created them.
We focus on solutions that reflect the organization’s size, complexity, maturity, operating environment and available resources.

Founder & Managing Director
Joseph brings more than 14 years of professional experience across compliance leadership, internal audit, external audit, governance, risk management, internal controls, policy and procedure design, donor compliance, audit readiness, integrity risk and organizational improvement.
His experience spans international and development environments, donor-funded operations and complex organizational settings, giving him practical exposure to both the design of GRC systems and the realities of how those systems operate in practice.
