We decline when we should

Where appropriate objectivity cannot be maintained, the assurance engagement is declined.

Management support is not independent assurance.

Where periodic compliance monitoring is provided as management support, it is not represented as independent assurance.

Fraud risk

Prevention, not investigation.

Our fraud-risk work focuses on prevention and management and does not constitute forensic or misconduct investigation.

External audits

Readiness, not the auditor’s role.

We support management through external reviews without assuming the external auditor’s role or management’s responsibilities.
